Heading up food and chef development across a portfolio of prestigious contracts James brings with him a wealth of experience in ingredient, menu and chef development.
James heads up our Education food buying portfolios and chef support.

Sam is a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant with a proven ability to support efficient purchasing and supply chain operations. Skilled in vendor coordination, purchase order management, and inventory control, Sam ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
Sam is adept at fostering positive relationships with suppliers, monitoring market trends, and assisting in contract negotiations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PurchaseFlow, Sam leverages technology to streamline procurement processes and maintain accurate records.

Ingredient Sourcing
Classically trained both in Normandy, France and in the UK at the Ritz, Chris’ culinary pedigree is exceptional.
Having held top level Director Chef positions in the City, and Compass Group’s prestigious Roux Fine Dining restaurants brand.
Whilst with Compass, Chris was an integral member of the Culinary Development team and was crowned Compass Group ‘Senior Chef of the Year’.
Chris came to Procure from Elior UK where he was Group Executive Chef, leading a team of chefs with the responsibility for the development of culinary standards across the entire £250m turnover estate.

Gareth boasts an impressive 24-year culinary journey, traversing diverse sectors within the catering industry. His culinary career commenced with a commendable 5-year tenure as a chef in the Royal Air Force, followed by the prestigious role of Executive Chef in an officers' mess. Demonstrating his adeptness, he consistently delivered culinary excellence for large gatherings.
In the last 6 years, Gareth has been involved with independent school catering, assuming pivotal roles as Chef Manager and Regional Support Chef for renowned establishments such as Palmer & Howells and Holroyd Howe.
For the last 25 years, Gareth has dedicated his time to volunteering at the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford. From humble beginnings, he ascended to the role of supervisor on the admissions team, a testament to his dedication.
